Details

  • No settings or activation required.
  • You can call even when you don't have credit.
  • Available to all stc postpaid and prepaid customers
  • Works only between stc customers and not with other operators.
  • Does not apply while roaming
  • A maximum of 10 numbers can be added to the acceptance list and a recipient will be automatically charged for calls from these numbers.
  • A subscriber can add numbers to the acceptance list and delete or display them using simple commands.

To add a specific number to the acceptance list *199*1* mobile number # *199*1* 050532999#
To cancel a specific number from the acceptance list *199*2* mobile number # *199*2* 050532999#
To display the numbers in your acceptance list *199*3# -

A postpaid customer can accept to pay for call charges as follows:

When receiving a call through the Collect Call service, the number will be displayed on your screen.

When you answer, you will hear a voice message asking you to either accept the charges by pressing * or reject them by pressing #.

If you receive a call from a number on your acceptance list, the caller's number will be displayed on your screen and you will hear a voice message informing you that you'll be immediately charged for the call.

Postpaid, sawa can choose the language they prefer, as follows:
