stc Protect includes service and support from Apple, with certified repairs at Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers using genuine Apple parts, and priority access to Apple Support. You also get iCloud+ with 50 GB of storage, free for the duration of your plan.

Service Features

Because your peace of mind matters to us, the service includes:

  • Accidental damage protection
  • iCloud+ with 50 GB of storage for data sharing and secure backups
  • Battery coverage and free battery replacement if under 80% of original capacity
  • Same-day screen repairs and certified repairs at Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers
  • Priority access to Apple Support
  • Pickup & drop-off service of the device at the customer’s doorstep.

Activating the protection

  • The customer can subscribe to one of stc's premium protection service packages for devices, which are available within the first 30, 60 or 90 days from the date of purchasing the device. The duration depends on the protection package chosen by the customer and is called (the period available for subscription).
  • The customer can subscribe to one of stc's premium protection service packages as an installment contract or in cash.
  • Customer can benefit from each package as follows:
