4.

What is the difference between stc LEO net and other Satellite internet connectivity offering in market?

LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite internet stands out by significantly reducing latency, enhancing speed, and enabling quicker data transmission due to its closer orbit to Earth. This proximity allows for improved connectivity and supports real-time applications, making it ideal for sectors requiring rapid data transfer, such as finance, telemedicine, and remote work

5.

Can I upgrade my service to a higher bandwidth/ package? Moreover, do I need to change the device?

Yes, you can change your service to a higher bandwidth/package, no need to change device as per bandwidth grouping shown in pricing table. Contact our team to know more about this

6.

What do I need to prepare before installing a LEO net system?

You Need space for installing an antenna, that depends on the Antenna type (Flat or Parabolic) Flat requires 1-meter space while parabolic the space vary from 2 – 4 meters with 35° elevation

7.

How much is delay over LEO net link?

Practical round trip delay of ping packet (from Point A to B and return from B to A) is generally 140 mSec through LEO Net and its depend on link usage and the other end performance

8.

installing a LEO net system?

clearance. This space needs to be verified by our field technician to ensure that there is no nearby obstruction such as trees or buildings that may block the line-of-sight to the satellite. There has to be proper path from outdoor antenna to indoor equipment where cable will be run between them; maximum distance between this is 40m. If required, power cable will be pulled from indoor units to outdoor antenna. Another power source of 220V single phase (5A) for pulling to outdoor Antenna.
