o Appointment Scheduling: STC sends an SMS with appointment details to the customer.
o Visit Initiation: The customer shares an OTP with the expert to start the visit.
· Cancellation and Refunds
o No Devices Order Placed: No refund is provided if no order for the devices recommended by Expert Technician is placed.
