• mofawtar customers can gift any postpaid data and roaming packages to other mofawtar customers via mystc

How to Use the Service

• Through mystc app below subscription page, you can find the service of "Send a gift”
• Click “Data packages”, If you want to gift data packages or “roaming packages” If you want to roaming packages
• All packages eligible for gifting will appear
• Then, you will be asked to choose the number to receive the gift.
• After choosing the number, the gifted customer will receive SMS informing him/her about who’s gifting.

Terms and Conditions:

• This service is eligible only for mofawtar customers.
• The customer receiving the gifted package cannot grant it to another customer.
• The gifting customer will be charged for the gifted package.
• The gift recipient is the only one to benefit from the gifted package.
• The gift recipient will not be charged for the gifted package value.
• The data details appear for the gifted customer.
• The customer can send gifts via mystc  app.
• The gifted packages are used only once and are not automatically renewable.
• If the customer wants to gift packages to another customer, he/she should pay 3 monthly invoices.
• The customer cannot gift more than three packages within a month.
