Charges and Payment:

• Prices for the Services are determined by the Merchants.
• If customer purchase of subscribe to any service the amount will be deducted from customer bill for postpaid and sawa balance for prepaid.

• stc will comply with all applicable data protection laws, and will not use any personal information.

Technical support:

• stc does not provide any operational or technical support for the services. The service providers may provide technical support.
