What is qitaf business?
Qitaf Business is an stc rewards program specially built for our valued SME Customers. This program adds value to your experience by offering great rewards and benefits.

Who is eligible for qitaf business program?
Enrollment to the program and its membership is free and has been made very simple by following the below criteria:
· qitaf business is open to all small and medium-sized companies.
· The company must have at least one active service with stc.
· The company must have been with stc for at least 2 months.
· The company must not be on any fraud or unpaid debt blacklist.

I am already enrolled in qitaf do i also have to enroll in qitaf business?
It is important to note that there are separate programs for individual customers and for business customers. Both have different set of features. Customers can enroll into qitaf Business if they have a customer account registered with stc under company name.

How and where can I enroll to qitaf business?
Once you have qualified for all the enrollment criteria, you can enroll over the phone by calling 909, or can also enroll online anytime at stc business app or portal.

How can I earn points?
For every 1 SAR of payment against the company’s bills, we award 1 qitaf Business point. Upon membership we award you 250 welcome points. They are other bonus points such as bonus points for each new connection under the same company ID and anniversary points upon completing a year of membership with qitaf Business.

My membership information has changed. How can I update my profile?
You can update your membership information by logging into your account online at stc business app

How long does it take for points to reflect in my account?
Points are reflected in the company’s account within 15 days after bill payment.

Can I transfer qitaf business points to other employees in the company?
Yes you can transfer qitaf Business points to other employee’s mobile numbers within the company and you can transfer up to 100,000 points daily. The employee mobile numbers must be under the same company ID.
9.
When do the points expire?
Basic, bonus and welcome points expire 12 months (1 year) from the date they were earned.

How can I redeem qitaf business points?
Points can be redeemed as follows:
· For stc products By using mystc portal or stc business app.
· For qitaf partner products: Simply visit the stc partner outlet and redeem via E-voucher
