Customers can subscribe to one of stc's premium protection service packages upon purchasing the device directly and paying in cash:

• with a fee of 113.87 sr when you want to repair a device or 401.35 sr when you replace your device.
• Fee of repair or replacement for customers who subscribed prior to 14-Nov-2022 is 401.35 SR.
• Prices are 15% VAT inclusive.
