* If the price of the smartphone is more than the covered amount of the bracket selected by the customer, the customer shall pay the remaining amount as a down payment.

* If the price of the smartphone is less than or equal to the covered amount of the bracket, the customer shall get the smartphone without any down payment.

Terms and Conditions of the Program

• 1- “250” installment program is applicable for mofawtar 4 eligible customers on contracts for 12, 18 or 24 months.
• 
  2- “200” installment program is applicable for mofawtar 4 customers on contracts for 12, 18 or 24 months..
  
  3- “150” and “125” installment programs are applicable for mofawtar 3 and mofawtar 4 customers on contracts for 12, 18 or 24 months.
  
  4- In case a mofawtar 3 customer desires to avail 200 or 250 installment programs, he\she must upgrade to mofawtar 4.
  
  5- “25”, “50”, ”75”and “100” installment programs are applicable for mofawtar 2, 3 and 4 customers on contracts for 12, 18 or 24 months..
  
  6- In case a mofawtar 2 customer desires to avail 125 or 150 installment programs, he\she must upgrade to mofawtar 3 or if desires to avail 200 or 250 installment programs, the customer must upgrade to mofawtar 4.

  7- If the customer wishes to cancel a Devices Monthly installments Program contract, he/she shall pay only the remaining installments against the device’s value including VAT.
• 
  8- If the device amount was paid in full before the end of the contract term (regardless of the total value of the cell selected by the customer), the remaining installments remained shall not be calculated (as the value thereof is zero).
• Example: a customer joins the 150 installments Program with a 24-month contract and choses a device worth SR 3450 (VAT included); in this case the customer pays SR 172.50 (VAT included) as monthly installments against the device for 20 months only as the total value of the device is realized on 20 months (SR 172.50 x 20 months = SR 3450).
• 
  
  9- If the device value is different than the total value of the selected cell, the device value only will be recovered from the customer.
• Example: a customer joins the 50 installments Program with a 24-month contract and choses a device worth SR 1350 (VAT included); in this case the customer pays SR 57.50 (VAT included) as monthly installments against the device for 23 months, then on the last month the customer will be billed only the remaining value of the device (SR 27.50).

  10- A subscriber on Devices Monthly installments Program may upgrade his/her postpaid plan during the contract term to a higher plan, and may as well request downgrading to his/her original plan. However, the subscriber may not downgrade to a postpaid plan lower than the plan activated when joining the Devices Monthly installments Program contract unless the current contract expires or the device value is fulfilled.

  11- Customers paying more than 7800 SR within the prior financial year through invoices can obtain the device, provided that the age of the number should be at least 6 months. In addition, the customer should not had any bill incident for the past 12 months on all of the numbers registered under his\her ID.

  12- qitaf customers newly joined the monthly installments program for (smartphone, quick net & tablets) are not eligible to earn qitaf points from the monthly subscription fees.
