* If the price of the device is more than the covered amount of the bracket selected by the customer, the customer shall pay the remaining amount as a down payment.
* If the price of the device is less than or equal to the covered amount of the bracket, the customer shall get the device without any down payment.
1. The customer can choose any of the new Postpaid QuickNet Packages and link it to the monthly installments program for QuickNet and tablet devices on contract of 12,18 or 24 months.
2. Customers paying more than 7800 SR within the prior financial year through invoices can obtain the device, provided that the age of the number should be at least 6 months. In addition, the customer should not had any bill incident for the past 12 months on all of the numbers registered under his\her ID.
3. If the customer wants to cancel the device contract, he\she will have to pay the remaining payments amount including VAT.
4. If the device's amount is fully paid before the end of the contract period (regardless of the total amount of the bracket selected by the customer), the charge for the remaining months until the end of the contract shall be equal to zero.
For instance: A customer subscribes to the 150 installment program on a 24 months contract, to purchase a SR3,450 (including VAT) worth device. In this case, the customer will be charged SR172.50 (VAT included) per month for only 20 months, and that’s because the amount is fully paid within 20 months (20 months * SR172.50 = AR3450)
5. If the price of the device is not equal to the total amount of the selected bracket, the customer shall be charged the price of the device only.
For instance: A customer subscribes to the 50 installments program on a 24 months contract to purchase a SR1350 (VAT included) worth device. In this case, the customer will be charged SR57.50 (VAT included) per month for only 23 months, and at the last month, the customer will be charged only the remaining amount of the device price, which is SR27.50.
6. A subscriber on Devices Monthly installments Program may upgrade his/her postpaid plan during the contract term to a higher plan, and may as well request downgrading to his/her original plan. However, the subscriber may not downgrade to a postpaid plan lower than the plan activated when joining the Devices Monthly installments Program contract unless the current contract expires or the device value is fulfilled.
7. The devices offered to the customers who meet the requirements of the devices installments program depends on the availability of the devices and the absence of unsettled amounts on the customer account. If the conditions applied, the customer is entitled to a maximum of one device and cannot obtain another device on another number under his ID, unless the full payments of the previous device contract is completed.
8. qitaf customers newly joined the monthly installments program for (smartphone, quick net & tablets) are not eligible to earn qitaf points from the monthly subscription fees.
